THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, BRAND NAME MANDATORY. The small business size NAICS code is 334119 and the Federal Supply Class is 5820. To register for this request for quotation, you must email the following information directly to Pat Griffin at griffinpa@ih.navy.mil: Request for Quotation (in subject line of your email); Name of the requestor; Organization name, address, telephone and fax number; and your email address. Use your email read notification feature to confirm the Acquisition Assistant's receipt of your registration. The government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It's the requestor's responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of RFQ's and amendments. Once the RFQ has been issued on the internet, the Acqusition Assistant will send an e-mail message to the registered requestors informing them that the RFQ is now available for downloading off the internet.
