Description

VA Puget Sound will issue an invitation for bids on or about April 30, 2001, for the following work to be performed at Puget Sound Health Care System, 1660 South Columbian Way, Seattle, Washington: Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing HVAC system, and replace fume hood exhaust fans, in accordance with the specifications and drawings for Buildings 8 and 11. Completion time is 360 calendar days, and the NAICC is 235110. The small business size standard is $11.5 million average annual receipts for 3 preceding fiscal years. The solicitation, consisting of various bid documents, specifications, forms, and drawings will be available for download at no charge on or about April 30, 2001, via the VA Business Opportunities System web site at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by VA. Any amendments will be posted at the web site. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and amendments. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am local time at the DVA Puget Sound Health Care System, 1660 South Columbian Way, Building 18, Room 117, Seattle, WA. Details are in the solicitation.
