Description

Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to repair 25 windows in Bldg 1700, at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: The Contractor shall remove failed panes, broken glass and debris from Scott AFB and dispose of them in accordance with applicable environmental laws. Contractor shall replace thermal-pane windows, matching exactly all characteristics and color of existing glazing. Contractor shall note windows are located at a height sufficient to require the use of reach equipment (>20 feet above ground). The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract will be set-aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
