Description

This solicitation is being changed to a best value source selection. The new solicitation number is DTCG86-01-R-633255. The State of Hawaii is requiring the use of a Silt Containment Device for the dredging portion of this contract. Therefore, offers will be evaluated on price, past performance, and best available control technology for the Silt Containment Device. Those contractors who responded to the original synopsis do not need to resubmit a request for bid packages.
