Description
This is a correction to submission of SF 255 and SF 254, the due date is April 24, 2001. The Oregon Air National Guard, 173rd Fighter Wing, Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Oregon has a requirement for: preparation of plans, specification and cost estimates for the construction of a new motor vehicle maintenance facility. The new vehicle maintenance facility will be approximately 13,000 SF. The project will include the following: Construction of the main vehicle maintenance bays, covered wash rack, relocation of existing base vehicle refueling tanks, installation of a compressed natural gas fueling station, and all associated site work. Work includes: Construction of a steel framed facility with concrete floors, masonry walls, all systems to make a complete and usable facility (such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), hydraulic vehicle lift, site utilities, and standing seam sloped metal roof. Functional areas will include office space, vehicle maintenance bays, parts/ tool storage, battery shop, vehicle dispatch, wash rack, and oil/ water separator. Site work will include paving for parking and vehicle storage, perimeter fencing, concrete curb, landscaping, and underground irrigation. Natural gas fueling station will have approximately 10'x30' concrete slab. All phases of design services including planning, technical studies, construction management, specification writing, cost estimating, CAD drawing production and transmission, will be required for all engineering disciplines. These engineering disciplines will include: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical. Other disciplines required will include: hazardous materials technicians certified roofing technicians, and protective coatings technicians. Applicants must have on staff, or demonstrate alliance with the above mentioned disciplines in the response to this advertisement.
