Description

Case Ready and Primal Fresh Pork for Department of Defense commissaries located in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. The requirements are for an estimated 19,893,070 lbs. of fresh pork primals and case ready pork products. The required delivery schedule is 7 days from the order date. Award will be for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, fixed price with special factor added to the weekly market price. Performance shall be for a ten-month period. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or about June 15, 2001. Performance is estimated to begin on or about October 1, 2001. The SIC code is 2011 and the NAICS code is 311611 for this requirement with a size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis. All request for a copy of the solicitation must be in writing and should include the solicitation number as well as complete name and address of the firm, business size status, point of contract, phone and facsimile numbers of the requestor. Group II -- MCAS, Barstow, NAS, China Lake, Edwards AFB, Fort Irwin, Twenty-nine Palms, March AFB, California, Davis Mothan AFB, Luke AFB, Fort Huachuca, MCAS Yuma, Arizona and Nellis AFB, Nevada. Group III -- Camp Pendleton, Imperial Beach, Los Angeles AS, Nas Miramar, NAS, North Island, Port Hueneme, Vanderberg AFB, NS, San Diego, California.
