Description

The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, materials, and transportation to replace an existing lighting system within 90,000 square foot aircraft maintenance hangar. The work of this project includes but is not limited to the complete removal of the existing lighting system and installing new Hi-Bay, HID fixtures, conduit, wiring, panelboards and steel support systems for the new system at Otis Air National Guard Base, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Project title is IMPROVE LIGHTING IN HANGAR #158. All work is at Otis Air National Guard Base, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Performance period is 150 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Prime contractor will be required to perform at least 50% of all work. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This project is being issued as a SMALL BUSINESS set aside to contractors qualified to perform under The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 235310 (Lighting System Construction Contractors) SIC Code 1731. The small business size standard for SIC code 1731 is $11.5 million. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to receive an award.
