The project consists of construction of two bunkhouses with 2,500 square feet each at the Idaho City R.D. Compound. The project includes associated site work and utility hookups. The project is located in the Idaho City R.D. compound, off Highway 21, in Idaho City, Idaho. Est. start date is 7/15/01 with 180 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
