Description

General Services Administration is interested in leasing 30,576 rentable square feet of office space to house government personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Rentable space must yield 26,576 occupiable square feet of space. This space will be occupied the U.S. Customs Service. Unique requirements: If located in a high rise building, space must be located above the ground floor. Space must be located in one contiguous block without being split by a public corridor. Secure/reserved parking is required for 92 Government vehicles. Lease Term: For new construction, lease term will be 15 years, 10 firm; for existing building, lease term will be 10 years/5 firm. Location: Offered properties must be located within an area bounded by Sunland Park Drive on the west, McRae Blvd. On the east, Fred Wilson Ave. on the north and Interstate 10 on the South. Expressions of interest should include the following: Building name and address, rentable square feet, method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, common area factor for available space, name, address and telephone number of individual to be contacted and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
