Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate and award on a sole source basis with Sonetech Corporation, 10 Commerce Park North, Unit #1, Bedford, NH 03110 under the authority of FAR 6.302. The U.S. Navy intends to procure continuing services Parametric Airborne Dipping Sonar (PADS) technology as a follow-on effort to requirements performed under a previous contract N00421-99-C-1159. Sonetech Corp. is the sole developer and designer of PADS. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the decretion of the government. See Note 22.
