Description

The National Science Foundation intends to negotiate with SAS Institute on a sole source basis for the purchase of a 6 month renewal of the SAS License. This notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1. Hence it is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to Denise Horton, 4201 Wilson Blvd., Room 475, Arlington, VA 22230.(dhorton@nsf.gov) The Government will consider all responses received by Friday, April 13, 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
