Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Vertigo Software Inc, 51 Washington Ave., Point Richmond, CA on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase AQL Technical Support. This support service is in support of Project Beartrap post mission processor. The AQL is under development by the Naval Post Graduate School. Vertigo developed the interface, operator displays and performed the interface design for the system. Vertigo's technical capabilities are unique to this system. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vertigo, who is the only known source that has compatible services available. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotations may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
