Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to provide labor, material, tools, and equipment to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on the Automatic Doors located at Chicago Health Care System, VA Medical Center Westside Division, Chicago Il. This procurement is for the period beginning May 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001 plus four (4) option renewal periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. NAICS 811310. A site visit will be held at the Medical Center on Thursday April 19, 2001 as noted therein. Interested parties are encouraged to attend. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Requests for a hard copy solicitation must be in writing to address indicated above with a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
