- The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center (ARSC) intends to issue a Purchase Order to Airfoil Technologies Florida using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the Repair of 2 Each R/H Engine Mounts, P/N# M20H5530514-518, NSN: 1560-14-478-0978; 1 Each R/H Engine Mount, P/N# 553-0514-518A, NSN: 1560-01-HR2-0781; and 3 Each L/H Engine Mount, P/N# 553-0514-517A, NSN: 1560-01-HR2-0779. Repair is required to be in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)Dassault Aviation/Dassault Falcon Jet Corp. specifications using Sermatech Procedure SER-034 and coating specifications Sermatel 5380DP and OEM Component Maintenance Manual, Latest Revision. The Coast Guard does not own nor can it provide drawings, OEM Specifications or Sermatech Specifications. If not OEM Certified, Offerors shall provide a detailed repair scheme for USCG approval. Solicitation DTCG38-01-Q-100038 will be issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) as an unrestricted procurement (i.e, not a Small Business Set-aside). THIS IS A CBD NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A SOLICITATION. OFFERS SHOULD NOT BE SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS SHOULD REQUEST THE SOLICITATION AS STATED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. A purchase order will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS)is 336413 and the size standard is 1000 employees to classify as a small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency. Offers may be F.O.B. Origin or F.O.B. Destination, and will be evaluated on basis of lowest overall cost to the Government. Desired delivery is 45 days after receipt of material and required delivery is 60 days after receipt of material.
