Description

Furnish professional A/E services for Modernize Wastewater Sewage Treatment Plant, to prepare contract drawings, specifications and a detailed cost estimate to rehabilitate and modernize equipment for a one (1) million gallon wastewater treatment plant located at VA New Jersey Healthcare System, Lyons Campus, 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, NJ 07939. All designs shall be in compliance with VA design criteria, NFPA, NEC codes, etc. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Estimated construction cost is bebtween $500,000 and $1M. The NAICS code is 541310. The small business size standard is $4M. SF 254's and 255's are due in this office by COB 5/4/01. Conract award is subject to the availability of funds. This is not a Request for Proposal. Firms will be be evaluated on Professional Qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services including professional registration experience and technnical competence of the team proposed for this project in related areas of the type of work required; Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; Past performance on contracts with Goverment agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules.
