Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to BBN Verizon Technologies in support of the CVE 12-Pack Program. This tasking is a continuation of this previous effort. BBN has been supporting this project, under contract to NAVSEA, based on their extensive experience in the area of acoustic measurement. BBN is uniquely qualified to produce reports and assist in creation of briefings for senior military and NAVSEA personnel based on their acoustic data analysis and familiarity with the ongoing 12-Pack/CVN Noise Mitigation efforts. This purchase shall be negotiated in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 2152 (c)(1) -- Only one responsible source with unique capabilities. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST QUOTATION.
