The following information is hereby added to this combined synopsis/solicitation: All offers must state system requirements, system capabilities, part numbers, and description of technical support. In addition, all offers must contain relevant past performance information for most recent three (3) years. The following clause is hereby added to this combined synopsis/solicitation: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation _ Commercial Items, blank (a) is completed as follows: technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, past performance, and price. Technical and past performances, when combined, are greater in importance than price.
