- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (ACB-1-Q-0010)is issued as an RFQ and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-21. The proposed contract is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. This requirement is for 3000 Each LS2IN1 2-IN-1 MINI LIGHT with ultraviolet bulbs installed. Units will ship to Rosslyn, VA 22209. FAR Clause 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions -- Simplified Acquisitions (Other than Commercial Items) (FEBRUARY 2001) will be incorporated by reference on the award.
