Contractor First Article Testing is required unless previously conducted and passed. End item KC-135 aircraft. Deliver 740 each, FOB destination, to Tracy, CA 95376-5000 in 280 days (with First Article Test). The small business size standard is 500 employees within a HUBZone area. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site.
