Pearl Harbor FISC has a requirement for Outboard Engine/Marine Parts. This will be a Commercial Solicitation in Accordance with FAR Part 12, using FAR Part 13.5 Proceedures. This RFQ is an internet only solicitation and may be downloaded from our website http://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil/fisc/owa/opportunities.start_page Sources are responsible to periodically check this website for any ammendmants that may be issued until the closing date of the Quotation.
