Description

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, Bemidji Area Offfice, is seeking Indian Contractors, (company must be 51% or more Indian owned), to do construction in the State of Michigan and parts of Indiana. The Bemidji Area Construction Contracting Office is in the process of updating our list of eligible Indian contractors for work considered pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. The work would consist of individual water systems, water service lines, individual waste disposal systems, sewer service lines, mound systems and community water and sewer mains. Work would be for construction throughout the State of Michigan in the following counties: Allegan, Antrim, Benzie, Berrian, Cass, Charlevoix, Emmett, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Manistee, Van Buren, and the State of Indiana in the following counties: Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties.
