Description

The original solicitation No. SALMEC-01-R-0015 posted in CBDNet on March 28, 2001 is hereby modified as follows: 1. Funding for the construction of this project has not yet been approved. It is the intent of the Department to pre-qualify interested contractors during this phase of the solicitation, Phase I (Pre-qualification of Prospective Offerors) only. Phase II (Cost Evaluation and Contract Award) will not commence until the funds are availiable. 2. The U.S. Government will not reimburse any expenses paid by offerors associated with this solicitation. 3. The contract period of performance identified in the March 28th notice is changed from "not to exceed 18 months" to "not to exceed 22 months". All other terms of the solicitation remain unchanged.
