Description

This is a firm fixed price contract with a NAICS code of 23511. Competition for this acquisition is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. If a subcontracting plan is required, the following minimum goals are applicable: Small Business Subcontracting 61.4%; Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting 9.1%; and Women-owned Small Business Subcontracting 5.0%. . Bonding will be required for this acquisition. This project is located at separate Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) locations in Arizona and Utah. The works consists of upgrade to fire protection systems at BIA schools in Dennehotso, Rough Rock, Shonto, AZ, and Navajo Mountain, Utah. The approximate construction period is 120 calendar days. The cost of the plans and specifications is $40.00 per set and is non-refundable.
