Description

UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS The project has 3 blocks of space. Block A: 66,517 USF must be contiguous on adjacent floors or contiguous in adjacent buildings not more than 200 yards apart; Block B: 12,310 usf and must be contiguous on one floor; Block C: 9,688 usf and must be contiguous on one floor. Multiple leases are an option. The three blocks do not have to be collocated; however, it is desirable that they all be located at one facility. The occupancy date is November 5, 2001. The Government_s duties prohibit a physical move between January and June, therefore November is the latest date the Client can occupy new leased space and complete furniture installation. The successful offeror MUST stay on schedule to achieve the November occupancy date. The Government will perform the physical move, install the furniture, install telephone and data, and install the Client_s security system. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with one assigned parking space (Block B only) and 466 employee parking spaces available with 300 feet of the building (preferably on site to be included as a part of the rental rate at no additional charge).
