Description
L-Task 1. Support for coordination activities through development of meeting agendas and background materials, meeting facilitation, and development of summaries and reports of various meetings.Monthly Conference Calls (10)-The Contractor shall provide a professional staff to take notes on the discussion and summarize ten monthly Community-based environmental Protection (CBEP)conference calls. The EPA Project Officer will provide the contractor with access information to allow the contractor to access the conference calls each month or alternatively, the contractor may attend the calls at the EPA Headquarters conference site in Washington, DC. The contractor shall take notes and prepare a summary of the discussion for each monthly call. The contractor shall present the Project Officer with a draft summary within 5 business days after each call. The Project Officer will provide comments on the draft to the contractor within the following ten calendar days and the contractor shall revise the summary of each call based upon the Project Officer's comments. A final version of each call summary shall be presented to the Project Officer by the contractor within three business days of receiving the Project Officer's comments. The contractor shall deliver the summary draft and final version of each summary as a WordPerfect electronic (text) file either by diskette or Internet email. Under Task I, additional information will be made available as an attachment as well as Task 2- Support for evaluation studies of CBEP and other innovations projects; Task 3- Preparation of public information materials Reports and Deliverables will also be a part of the Statement of Work. Basis for Award:1)The contractor is to demonstrate skill and experience in facilitating group process, process evaluation and public communications; and meeting reporting relating to discussion on environmental policy; preparing information bulletins and other information materials for both internal and external audiences. 2)Price and other factors, e.g. Past Performance and Quality;3) Best Value.
