UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Requirements Type Contract for fabric. The period of performance shall be a One (1) Base Year with One (1) Option Year, if exercised. Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Seagoville, TX. Delivery acceptance is 45 days ARO for each delivery order. The Estimate Quantities for L/I 0001 is: FAB1667-200,000/yards, L/I 0002 is: FAB9734- 200,000/yards, L/I 0003 is:FAB1756- 400,000/yards, L/I 0004 is: FAB1716- 400,000/yards, L/I 0005 is: FAB1667- 400,000/yards/ L/I 0006 is: FAB1735- 200,000/yards, L/I 0007 is: FAB0003- 300,000/yards, L/I 0008 is: FAB9655- 300,000/yards. This requirement is domestic only and is All or None. The award will be based on the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are: Past Performance, Price, and Specifications.
