- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Intrusion.Com. 1101 E. Arapaho Road Richardson, TX. We intend to procure annual maintenance renewal of Intrusion technical support. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW Far 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated o/a 24 April 2001. See Note 22.
