- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. No written solicitation document will be issued. The Request for Quotation number is: DE-RQ65-01WC56703. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. The NAICS code is 321999 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. This action is 100% set-aside for small business. The US Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration requires treated wood poles of various sizes for shipment to locations in North Dakota.
