Description

The Naval Aviation Depot, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of two propeller control test stands for testing C2, E2, and C130 propeller controls. The test stands will be used to test the performance characteristics of propeller controls in accordance with the components' associated technical manuals listed in the Statement of Work. The equipment shall be already developed, state-of-the-art, market proven, commercial test stands with a proven reliability track record. The requested item are commercial in nature and will fall under the purview of commercial items and therefore, Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation applies. The requirement will be set-aside 100% exclusively for small business concerns. See Numbered Note 1. Deliver FOB Destination MCAS, Cherry Point, NC. Provide Cage Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Tax Payer's Identification Number. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. As of 31 May 1999 all Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition for contract award.
