Description

This project includes the repair of the chip seal surface on various segments of the canalway at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts. The project includes grinding down the existing surface and re-surfacing with exposed aggregate finish (chip sealed) bituminous concrete paving. Estimated construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is subject to P.L. 100-656, and is subject to full and open competition. NAIC code 234110.
