Description

The work consists of preparing subgrade for aggregate surfacing; construction of aggregate surfacing; and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceeding years not exceeding $27.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured under this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification Code 1629, NAICS 234990.
