Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to the Tidewater Inn and Conference Center utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The purpose of this requisition is to provide conference facilities, lodging, and meals for the U.S. EPA's National Center of Environmental Assessment Science Retreat which will be held May 14 thru 17, 2001. Approximately 80 attendees will be present. Proposals must include costs for the following (per attendee): three nights accommodation; three breakfasts, four lunches, and three dinners; three morning and three afternoon coffee breaks; meeting room to accommodate all attendees; meal room; overhead projector, slide projector, screen & three flipcharts; six breakout rooms; baggage handling; applicable taxes and gratuities.
