This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole-source basis, with the State of Hawaii, Office of the Director of Civil Defense and the State of California, Governor's Office of Emergency Services for NOAA, Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory to support of Tsunami Hazard Mitigation Implementation Plan, specifically the development of Tsunami evacuation maps and Tsunami mitigation programs.
