Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire support services for the TF41 Engine Main Fuel Control Test Stand. The contractor will be responsible for procuring a TF41 Main Fuel Control Test Stand (MFC Test Stand). Services will include rework of the test stand as required, preparation of the MFC Test Stand for overland and overseas transport, installation of the MFC Test Stand, and the set up and operational testing of the MFC Test Stand. Additionally, the contractor will conduct training to designated personnel on the operational testing of the TF-41 Main Fuel Control on the MFC Test Stand. Training will also be provided on the standard maintenance practices for the MFC Test Stand. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with National Technologies and Engineering, Inc., 13730 State Road 84, Suite B, Davie, FL 33325, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. National Technologies and Engineering Inc. is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Services are anticipated to be provided for a period of 6 months. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this quotation. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk DET Philadelphia.
