Power Supply, 11 ea, NSN 6130-01-393-3622EW, P/N 312363-204, or NSN 6130-01-285-0006EW, P/N 312363-103, Delivery Aug 01. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Supplies or services are only available from one or a limited number of responsible resources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, Keltec (CAGE code: 09062 & Loral Electronics Systems ( 81413). All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contacting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
