NSN 4710-01-425-0937, Tube, Metallic. Seamless -- Cobalt Alloy, One Inch Outside Diameter, 0.049 Inch Wall Thickness, Random Lengths; 733 FT for delivery to XU Def Dist Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95376-5000, and 514 FT for delivery to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, in 90 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Notes 1 and 12. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 19 Mar 01. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
