Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for a Job Order Contract in the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) which includes the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland. Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration and new construction and may include all construction disciplines. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with four one year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. There are four zones defined within the five state area. The Government guarantees a minimum of $200,000.00 per year per zone and a maximum estimated ceiling of $10,000,00.00 per zone per year. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) firms serviced by District Offices in the states listed above. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Multiple awards may be made by zone. A definitive bid opening date has not been established. An approximate bid opening date of 1 June 01 is forecasted, however the actual bid opening date will be identified in the final solicitation package.
