Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to establish sewer service to a new metal building and an existing Coast Guard Exchange Building at the USCG Base in Mayport, Florida. The work includes the construction of approximately 160 linear feet of 4 inch PVC (SDR35) gravity sewer, a new sewage pump station, electrical service to the pump station from an existing source and construction of approximately 71 linear feet of 2 inch PVC force main. All disturbed surfaces shall be restored to their original condition after the trenching is complete. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 60 calendar days from notice to proceed date. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror. The anticipated award date is May 22, 2001. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234910, with a size standard of $27.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
