Description

The Library of Congress intends to negotiate on a sole souces basis with the Council on Library and Information Resources under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is to support the Library's in its efforts in developing a national digital information infrastructure and digital preservation strategy. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to complete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
