Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the performance of professional real estate appraisal services in the State of Montana. Offerors, in order to be selected for contract award, at a minimum, must be licensed real estate appraisers in the State of Montana. Contract term will be one base year plus two option years. Indefinite quantity multiple contract awards is anticipated. The contractors shall furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, and miscellaneous materials necessary to perform the appraisal services order under contract. Request for Quotation documents should be available for distribution on or about April 16, 2001. 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 531320. Written requests only.
