Description

The Department of State (DOS) is seeking a firm capable of providing and managing all the administrative and technical services, materials, supplies, and equipment, for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the plumbing, mechanical equipment and systems, electrical equipment and systems, energy management systems and buildings, facilities, management, custodial services; snow removal; and reimbursable facility alterations in accordance with the solicitation. Contractor selected for award must be capable of obtaining a Secret Facility clearance. The contract is to run for a base year and four (4) one year options. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside SIC Code 8744 size standard 20 million.
