Description

The U.S. Army Military District of Washington Acquisition Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to issue a Solicitation for a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the Upgrade Utilities -- Water and Sewer at Fort A.P. Hill, Bowling Green, Virginia. This project will be Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type contract with a range Between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance Period is to be 90 Days. Work consists of but not limited to: Construct a new sanitary sewer pump station complete with all controls and connections; install new 60kw generator complete with all controls and connections on a 4" thick concrete pad; furnish and install approximately 2,485 linear feet of sanitary sewer force-main, wet tapping the existing 6" sanitary sewer lateral and cleanout to serve a modular building; furnish and install new fire hydrant; furnish and install water line; furnish and install CMP under gravel entrance; restore disturbed areas to their original conditions.
