Description

This pre-solicitation notice is for the Repair and Maintenance Services of the Crash Fire Rescue Training Facility (CFRTF) at Andersen AFB, Guam. Contractor shall provide all personnel, management and supervision, supplies, equipment, and services necessary to perform repairs and maintenance services to the CFRTF at Andersen AFB, Guam. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled for release on or about the 15th of April 2001. The Contract will be a firm fixed priced contract with one basic year and four options years. This acquisition is under NAICS Code 811311 with a size standard of $5,000,000.00. This contract will be set aside for small businesses; all offerors require small business certification and verification. Once awarded payments regarding this contract will be made by the Government Purchase Card (GPC) therefore offerors must have the capability to accept the GPC for payment.
