Description

This effort is new work under existing Contract DAAE07-97-C-X036 with the Surface Optics Corporation of San Diego, California. This new work involves R&D work involving the extension of the Bi-Directional Reflection Distribution Function (BRDF) signature analysis capability into new radar bands. This new work continues and extends the previous work already perfromed on existing Contract DAAE07-97-C-X036. This procurement is being approved on a sole-source bais to the Surface Optics Corporation, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. See Note # 22.
