- Description
- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Blue Wave Systems, on other than full and open competitive basis, the purchase for five each Quad DSP Cards(part no. VME/C6420S3-4-67-1AD). The required boards will support all software currently in use developed using the proprietary Blue Wave support libraries for the VME/C6420 DSP card. "See Note 22."
