- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command proposes to procure sustaining engineering support services for the Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS). The services are necessary to modify software of the AN/AYQ-23(V) Ground Proximity Warning System computer to meet the fleet's needs in certain operational scenarios. The services will be acquired sole-source from Cubic Defense Systems, San Diego, CA 92186-5587, under Contract N00019-98-C-0009. CDS is the only contractor who has the knowledge, experience, and technical data required to provide these services. See Numbered Note 22.
