This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F45603-01-T-0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). "This is a solicitation for non-appropriated funds and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Non-Appropriated General Provisions (AF Form 2210); including the following: FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (31U.S.C. 3332) (Central Contractor Registration may be accessed at Internet site www.ccr2000.com). FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires, FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires and incorporating by reference Wage Determination No 1994-2567, Revision No 18, Date of Last Revision 09/29/2000. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.217-3, Evaluation Exclusive of Options; FAR 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options; FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services (Fill in: 15 days) and FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend Term of the Contract (Fill In: (a) with in 15 Days, at least 60 Days, (c) shall not exceed two years, six months. This solicitation is full and open competition, the associated standard industrial classification code is 2759, and North American Industry Classification System code is 32319. Service: Performance Period is for 01 June 01 -- 31 May 02 with a One-Year Option. Per month cost/price breakout required. Payment to be made monthly. Vendor is to provide for the printing of monthly calendars for a Non-Appropriated Fund Activity in the following manner. Required each month: 11,000 copies of booklet; booklet consists of -- three pieces of 8 1/2" X 11" paper collated folded in half lengthwise and stapled twice at the fold to a finished size of 4 14" X 11". Black plus one color ink. Inside paper (2 sheets): White 70# offset. Cover paper (1 sheet): White of color 57# vellum. No more than ten (10) days turn-around to print, fold, and staple. Cutting of inserts (provided two days before delivery to mail house). Vendor to pick up originals and camera ready artwork will be supplied. Delivery of printed materials to mail house along with inserts, labels, and (unit provided) computer disk.
