Description

Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, General and Industrial Directorate is issuing an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract Solicitation for 147 various Incandescent and Glow, Miniature Lamps. The lamps are identified I/A/W Industry Standard Part Numbers. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition issued under Full and Open Competition requirements. Delivery will be Conus (excluding Alaska). The resulting contract will be issued with a one-year base and four one-year option periods or NTE $5,000,000.00. After receipt of initial proposals, and establishment of the competitive range, the Contracting Officer intends to conduct a competitive anonymous On-Line Reverse Auction, which will be described in the solicitation. Submission of a proposal in response to the solicitation will be considered consent by the Contracting Officer to participate in the Dynamic Pricing Event (DPE), and to reveal their prices in anonymity during the DPE.
