Description: Band Pass Filters, @ 75.0 MHZ per Rockwell Part Number 293-1274-010. Part Number 2B271. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22 The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instruction to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items) 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions -- commercial items) and 52.212-5 (Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes of executive orders -- commercial items).
