Description

Work consists of the construction of approximately 2,000 square foot additions to the existing Visitor Center at Great Sand Dunes Naitonal Monument, Mosca, CO. Project also includes connections to existing water, sewer and electrical systems; evacation, loading, hauling and placement of fill material; and concrete flatwork. The intent of the documents is to duplicate the construction technique, material, architectural style, and methods of construction of the existing Visitor Center Building and apply these identical techniques, materials, and methods of the construction to the new addtions to the Visitor Center.
